Description
- Private By-Invitation-Only event for Fuelfed members.
- Attendance is limited to 25 cars.
- Eventbrite and processing fees are included.
- The event will proceed rain or shine. Sorry, there will be no refunds.
- THE EVENT FEE INCLUDES: Saturday scenic tour to Elkhart Lake, WI. Saturday lunch and evening dinner. Sunday breakfast and scenic Sunday morning drive. Registration packet, event magnets, event stickers and snack bag. Drinks will be cash bar.
- Hotel accommodations are NOT included. Call The Ostoff Resort for the special Fuelfed group rate ($149 + tax) through September 15 while the supply lasts. Phone 1.800.876.3399 for your hotel reservation, and tell them "Fuelfed" to receive the discounted rate.
- Our room block is limited to 15 standard rooms. Additional rooms may be added at that rate if they are available. This is prime leaf-turing season, so do not delay.
- There will be NO chase vehicle.
